Scott Zagar Studio goes to great lengths to provide accurate photographs and descriptions of all artwork on this web site so that customers have a clear understanding of what they are buying.

We use the finest, often most expensive material in all aspects of the creation process. It is our goal as fine artists to make archival-quality, professional works that retain their value for generations. It is our goal as a flourishing business to create long-term relationships with happy customers who love our artwork and trust our capability to deliver it professionally.

Approval & Refund Policy: 10 days

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with a painting – if it doesn’t look like you expected it to, or if you simply change your mind, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer and the artwork must be properly packaged and returned in the same condition as it was received.

Exchange Policy: Indefinite

If you own a Scott Zagar artwork and would like to buy another one in it’s place, you can return the first piece and receive 50% of it’s purchase price as credit toward the second piece. The first piece must be received by Scott Zagar Studio completely undamaged, and, if shipped, it must be insured. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the first painting to Scott Zagar Studio.

Scott Zagar Studio, LLC uses a 128-bit SSL encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing service. Private credit card details are not stored in any form on the databases on our server. We value privacy and never share any customer information, including email addresses, whatsoever.

Shipping and Packaging

Paintings are professionally shipped in custom-built wooden crates. They are wrapped first in non-marking wax paper, then in successive layers of bubble wrap.
