The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Scott Zagar, if no other written agreements exist.

Work No.

 All artwork from Scott Zagar is unique and has a work number as shown on the invoice.

Delivery time and transportation

Delivery of art work is considered done when the buyer has received the artworks. The cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.

The risk of artworks

The risk passes to buyer upon delivery.

Complaints

Any errors or omissions shall be made within a reasonable time after the mistake was discovered. It is the buyer's duty to state, and upon request, show where the fault or defect manifests itself. If an error is detected it should be urgently addressed to Scott Zagar.

Prices and Payment

All prices on pictures are included. VAT is included, but excluding any costs of freight.

Buyer's Credit Card Information

For payment with credit card: all information sent is encrypted. Credit card information is not stored in any form on the server of scottzagar.com. Credit card payments will be made via PayPal account: accounts @ zagar . biz.

Responsibility / risk of artworks purchased from Scott Zagar is transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

When paying via bank transfer, we reserve the artworks, and when we receive payment on our account, the artworks are posted to buyer. Our bank is Berliner-Sparkasse. For Account Number and BLZ please contact us.

Returns

Scott Zagar provides a 14 day right to private customers, effective from the day artworks are received by the buyer. The buyer is obliged to return the artworks in the same condition as received and buyer will bear all costs associated with the return of artworks.
